Our Martial Arts Jigsaw Mats and Rubber Gym Tiles Flooring products are shipped to you overnight using National Pallet Networks operated by Palletforce and their partner hauliers.
All orders processed by 1pm Monday – Friday, will be picked, wrapped and shipped that same afternoon and delivered to you the next morning, Monday to Friday.
Please contact us if you need a Saturday delivery service , as there is a £60+vat surcharge for this, but no option at our checkout.

We prefer to book pre noon deliveries as this reduces the chances of delivery holdups whilst en route to you.

When the driver arrives, it will be in a tail-lift lorry. The driver will use a pallet trolley to manouver your pallet of Jigsaw Mats Or Rubber Gym Tiles as far as his trolley allows, within reason of couse, Essentially it’s a roadside/kerbside service but drivers will happily (usually) get the pallet to where you need it.

We can ask driver to call ahead, but please remember that the driver works alone and it’s an HGV multi-drop pallet service, so they may only call if its convenient to them, Driving safety always comes first and many drivers are know to switch off before setting off.

We have internal tracking available to us to monitor movements and can provide a customer link if required.
